Package Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging with all Nuora tags still attached to ensure the return is accepted.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will notify you once your refund or exchange has been processed.
